| This hotel is near to the Chinese district and many of the locals here speaks the dialects that i understand. Easy to navigate and lots of local food - both Chinese and Vietnamese. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The rooms are ok, especially for budget conscious people like me, the price I pay for my room (USD 20), is really very worth it. Traffic is a little heavy especially during the peak period after 4pm but overall, it is tolerable. If you have time in the night, you can go to the rooftop garden for a drink...nice view and quiet.... | ||||||
