Description / Overview

Hoi An was designed and created with the architectural themes of the ancient town of Hoi An and Imperial Hue. Elegant and Unique. Hoi An specializes in cuisine from the central city of Hue, the formal imperial capital. Beautifully dark wood screens, heavy, carved teak chairs and tables, and silk lanterns along with many other beautiful accents compliments the presentation and cuisine. The mix of the colours - deep rich red and gold tones are perfectly balanced by dark woods and natural lightings. Burgundy and dark wood, offset by ambient lighting reflect comfort and luxury.

The food follows on the design of the restaurant, with delicately carved vegetables, colourful combinations, and beautiful presentations all contributing their part to the traditional imperial style dishes. The award winning chefs have carefully selected a menu reflective of Hoi An and Hue tastes, with inclusion from North and South Vietnam. The cuisine is a blend of creative cooking and authentic taste, featuring a combination of Vietnamese dishes as well as secret recipes from each region of the country prepared from only the freshest ingredients. The wine cellar is well considered and features a good selection of imported wines.
