Large and lavishly decorated, Maxim's Nam An restaurant serves Vietnamese cuisine in style. The carved wooden booths, completed with silk curtains, are a romantic hideaway for couples or small groups. Whether ensconced in the booth, at the center of the grand dining room or in the upstairs gallery, you cannot help feeling that you have walked into the scene from the film "The Lover" set in the 1920s Saigon.
