| Looking forward to enjoy my first
night out with friends after reached Ho Chi Minh City just in the afternoon.
Chance upon this place, looks good at first because the staffs were quite
nice and warm. However, as we enter the place, we had to change tables (5 of us) three times because the waitress were not sure which table were occupied or reserved. being the first night, we thought we just hold on and ordered our food and of course, beer. Food arrived, we started to eat only realising that one of my friend's food did not come. As we waited and continue with our food, my poor friend was still waiting for his food despite several reminders. The staff were not pro-active enough and they were just standing in one corner chatting among themselves. We finally finished our food, finished our beer (only had one) and called for the bill. And this was when his food arrived...cold. We asked for refund and after several negotiations and excuses, we knew that they were unwilling to refund us. We finally left after paying the full bill, disappointed. |
