2-storey impressive glass wall wine cellar leads the way to the GF lounge
area where the freshly white ceiling radiates the contemporary design. The
sleek interior features handmade motif timber-metal screens, glass, bush
hammer granite, bamboo flooring, and solid wood fit-outs. We proudly boast a
wide selection of settings including al fresco terrace, lounge, open-air
rooftop, indoor semi-private booths or widely spaced common area.
The restaurant takes pride upon its owners’ 30-year experience, serving
traditional and contemporary food in line with its elegant Eastern-inspired
modern interior. Our menu introduces a melting pot of flavors, influenced by
selected cooking traditions from China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand,
and Singapore, and Vietnam, featuring both traditional classics and
innovative dishes recreated by their master chef, Huy Nguyen with his
18-year working experience around Asia.
Within the extensive menu of over 100 items featuring live seafood at
guest’s choice, some of the master chef’s signature dishes include the
exquisite fresh durian and seafood eggroll and the irresistible authentic
Chili Crab sizzling with sweet and spicy flavors.
