Bun Dau Mam Tom means Noodles + Tofu + Shrimp....which is a very popular Northern Vietnamese dish. The owner say the potential in this simple dish and brought it to the South and made it popular here. The restaurant although small, but is very cozy and the staffs are very friendly. The chef made sure that all the characteristics of "Bun dau mam tom" is brought together to the South and not one of the characteristics or flavor is lost, which is why, many of the customers that come here to eat are from Northern Vietnam on top of the local Southern Vietnamese and many tourists as well.
