French Restaurant Grilled Chicken Star was originally named L'etoile (star means), was established based on the combination of two culinary masters at that time was Mr. Huang and Ms. Vu Thi Trung Lap Lan Phuong in 1994. at that time, L'etoile is located on Hai Ba Trung streets of Saigon prime and serving foreign guests with 5 star standard food makes the restaurant's brand of chicken French style.


Up to 2nd generation management, Chef. Hong Truc Doan has expanded to serve customers in domestic capital and favorite gourmet French cuisine. Grilled Chicken and French names are due to domestic customers love the place for restaurants. To celebrate the restaurant's age and the talented chefs Chef.Huynh Neutral, L'etoile date has been changed to French Grilled Chicken Star.
